Great stay will definitely stay...

Liked: Great large suitye with all teh amenties you could ask for and complementary mountain bikes were great for a summer cycle tour of the city.
Disliked: Limited parking

Liked: Room had everything we needed for our night's stay. Bed was comfortable. Great location in the heart of New Plymouth.

It was a nice resonably...

Liked: Helpful staff, check in/out was easy, and appreciated being able to pay in advance as we were leaving early. The room had a comfortable bed and a nice spa bath, which actually worked (some places advertise a spa bath, but the jets don't work, which is really disappointing). The location was very handy to local facilities and restaurants/food outlets, so it was easy to do a bit of shopping.
Disliked: The parking area was a little small to move around, but we got a park every time we came back to the hotel, so it was fine. The lift was a little klunky, so we just used the stairs, so no big deal.

Loved location

Liked: Location to spa was great. Central to town. Quite. Loved the spa. Would be great to have restaurant in building. But was easy to find cafe close by.
Disliked: Would be fantastic to invest in black out curtains.
