Liked: Staff very friendly
Disliked: The beach was closed and we were not advised of this prior to our arrival. We would have made other plans.

Disliked: The pool, hot tub and miniature golf was closed. When we booked it said renovations through the end of January (2 weeks ago). Nothing stating that those would be closed. When I checked after arrival it then stated pool closed through March.

Liked: An oasis of calm! True Disney eye for detail and amazing cast members. Our room was absolutely incredible! Spacious, luxurious and heavenly beds. The pool staff was brilliant on a cold weekend, making fun games for our daughter!

Disliked: The room I was in had a very uncomfortable back board to the bed. I banged my head every time I leaned back

Liked: The friendliness of staff, cleanliness of everything.
Disliked: Only one complaint is that when I asked different staff members questions pertaining to the whereabouts of on property areas or the operating times, etc, most didn't know the answer which I found strange and frustrating.
