Liked: Love that this particular resort is smaller with one bus stop, New Orleans style theming is great, excellent food court, awesome staff, will definitely be returning!

Liked: The front desk stafff were excellent
Disliked: Yes. The room was dirty on 3:30 checkin. We found sizable remnants of berry pasty left on the floor, towels just left loosely on one of the beds. The shampoo dispenser was rusted and broken. Shower level drifted to very hot and we were scalded several tim
