Liked: Great location, friendly staff, food in cafe was good!
Disliked: Our room location was pretty loud. The blanket appeared to have a brown stain on it. Really wished the hotel had self serve water available.

Liked: Everything! Stunning hotel, dreamy rooms, fabulous helpful cast members, great food and a 20 minute walk to Magic Kingdom if you don't want to take the monorail or boat so perfect location ! A memorable stay for sure, didn't want to leave!

Liked: The staff, the location across from Magic Kingdom (great to attend the Happy Ever After fireworks show from the crowd), the architecture, the decor, the comfort.
Disliked: We waited more than an hour to get our luggage after arriving late at night (around 11:30 PM). We also got charged valet parking for the 30 mns of that night.

Liked: Its a nice clean hotel
Disliked: I did not like that the room Provided to me through your company was horrible and so loud no one could sleep and then we were put in a different room but for a whole day we had NO ROOM . So we had an awful sleepless overpriced night through your company.

Liked: Stunning resort with an old world charm. Impeccable service, beautifully appointed rooms (quite large), excellent dining options and food was delish. Of course, being right on the monorail was helpful. We'll definitely stay at the Grand Floridian again
Disliked: Absolutely perfect though the rooms could have been stocked daily with water bottles.
