Liked: Perfect service and environment, and also they have convenient transportation(water taxi) to Universal Adventure Island and Universal Studio. It's a really great memory here.
Disliked: The light in bathroom is flashing in the night and the button for the change mode in showing takes a lot of effort, which is difficult for me because I have long nails.

Liked: There were plenty of options for restaurants and bars. Its a huge property so there was a lot of walking but the paths are well lit and had good signage.
Disliked: The rooms are basic. Not a ton of Disney charm but good for the cheaper rate.

Liked: Hotel was beautiful and room was nice.
Disliked: We stayed 4 nights and they NEVER came to clean our room. Trash was overflowing by Friday. We were gone each day for numerous hours so there was opportunity to come. Good thing we hung our towels as we never got new ones. Not what I expected of Disney.
