Disliked: The hotel was really difficult to navigate. We had a hard time finding our way around and the staff didn't always have the best directions

Liked: We were upgraded to the vice-presidential suite with club service. The room was phenomenal! The service was superb! The staff is always so wonderful. Nothing compares to the Disney Resort experience.
Disliked: I was expecting a washer and dryer in the room. There was a laundry right across the hall which I thought we could use, but we didn''t have access to it because we were not DVC members. But that was a minor inconvenience and worth us getting the upgrade
