Liked: Location was good - just across the road from the Visitor's Centre where the shuttle is for the Cradle Mountain walks.
Disliked: It was a small cabin so every noise was amplified. The sliding doors were super noisy so when someone got up in the middle of the night to open/shut a door, the whole family woke up!

I loved it, so pleasant...

Liked: Staff were great and approachable. Larger bathroom area was very comfortable and exceeded my expectations with those overhead heaters! Easy to navigate around with the street signs inside the park/camp grounds. Parking spots handy right outside the backpackers cabins. I didn't expect to receive the shampoo/soap/etc. on my bed upon arrival which was nice too.
Disliked: It might be worth putting a sign up in the communal kitchens (as you have already done when asking people to turn off lights when not in use, etc.) just reminding people to clean up their own dishes after themselves. For a few days in a row there were communal utensils/plates etc. piling up dirty. Not a huge deal, but just might be worth pointing it out for future guests.

Liked: The house is big! I stayed in ED8 and it has 2 bedrooms inside. The heater is beautiful. Fully equipped kitchen.
Disliked: Nothing

Floor plan needed!

Liked: Close to Cradle Mountain. Had own kitchen etc. Excellent heating, Easy late check-in.
Disliked: There is no floor plan given on Bookings.com, so we were not aware we would be walking through the bunk room to go to the toilet and shower. It's not ideal when going to the toilet at night and waking those in bunks. The nobs in the gas cooker were easily turned on accidentally. For this rating, we were in the bunks, so rating for comfort is low because obviously bunks are only designed for children. We were a family of 3 adults. So the 6ft tall person scored the double bed.
