Exceptional

Liked: Clean, modern, food trucks,Water park, pool, and tennis court.All were well used

Disappointing

Disliked: Booked a double cabin but it appeared to be a single with a double bed therefore no power points available as all behind bed. Also no power points in the area where tea and coffee is avalble so had to use power points from other areas to use kettle and toaster. Just seems badly designed.

Cool weekend away

Liked: Great vibe, clean, rooms great....food vans a great initiative.
Disliked: Nothing

We loved our stay here...

2 cabins 5 people

Liked: Location. Facilities eg pool, kids pool. Well organised streets and clean. Good security and lovely staff.
Disliked: Rooms weren't very comfortable. We seen there were lounges in some rooms. We had room in ours for a lounge. We sat on the floor to watch TV on the mattress. Bedroom we had to put the bed in a more appropriate place because the bed was covering the only PowerPoint. There was dust and a condol wrapper on the floor under the bed. No dustpan and broom in the room to keep the place clean.

Amazing staycay location for the...

Liked: The cabins were clean and had all we needed inside. The waterpark was the seller for us coming back here again as our kids just wanted to play there all day everyday. The housekeeping staff were so lovely and even left a bunch of flowers on our patio table which was perfect considering we were there to celebrate our son’s birthday on Valentine’s Day.
Disliked: Nothing really. We did want to play some tennis but didn’t really want to pay to hire the equipment

Disliked: The cheapest and most uncomfortable mattress, they say it's only 2 years old, but honestly could you go that cheap and not care for customer satisfaction? The pool needs attention.Mold in the showers. Bleach would help :D

Disliked: Would be ideal to have a late check out give the time zone difference with Qld

Liked: Clean and the cottages seem fairly new.
Disliked: One day when my girlfriend was in the shower and we were getting ready a tradesman just walked into our cottage without knocking. When he realised someone was in there he walked out, closed the door and then knocked. I opened and he asked if they could come in and replace a fan in the bathroom (it didn’t sound urgent) so I politely asked if it could wait until we checked out. When we passed the reception later that day I told them what had happened and they apologised and said that the tradesmen should know which cottages are occupied and which aren’t. Since we are two girls traveling together, having two men just barge in when we are getting ready is very uncomfortable. The hotel just apologised, no compensation was offered and they didn’t mention it again or at checkout. That’s quite poor service I think.
