shittiest place in modesto -5...

Liked: absolutely nothing
Disliked: the owner is so rude he was screaming and cursing me out his wife had to step in to deescalate the situation. he also kicked me out and smashed my finger and was trying to keep my $40 deposit because i would go show him the remote when i told him it was in the room. this place is ABSOLUTELY shit. and not to mention there’s homeless all over the property.

Liked: Because it’s centrally located with a Dennys in the parking which means you don’t have to drive to get food or have it delivered. Also there is plenty of hot water.
Disliked: I can’t think of anything I don’t like. It is clean safe place to lay head.
