Disliked: Shower was very poor and low pressure and walls are very thin so can hear adjoining rooms

Liked: The room was nice with great lighting as I wanted to read. The food was great and so was room service. The grounds were gorgeous. Good parking in back.
Disliked: I wish there were soda machines on the property.

Liked: I liked everything about the property except 2 things. The room was large and quiet. The area was beautiful, I have always liked this area.The food was good and the staff friendly. The room was clean.
Disliked: I didn’t like the shower so I didn’t take one. They have a refrigerator with sodas, wine and beer. They didn’t have the sodas I liked so I had to go out and buy them and water. They don’t have machines on the property.

Good location and huge room

Liked: As I flew in early, they got me checked-in 1.5 hrs earlier. Location is very convenient. Shops are nearby. Room was huge for a single person. AC was fine.
Disliked: I had to carry my luggage few stairs before taking the elevator to my room. While checking out, I got to the basement using the elevator but still had to pull the bags up a small slope, not very convenient. Furniture in the room was worn out.

Liked: We ordered room service for dinner and breakfast and we received our order very quickly in 15/20 min and everything was wonderful. Our favorite part of our stay was eating breakfast on the patio overlooking the koi pond.
Disliked: Our room did not have a bathtub only a handicap shower which was not disclosed when we checked in and upgraded to a patio room.

Liked: The decoration was nice and the garden and pool view was wonderful. Stuffs are very nice.
Disliked: The room is a little old and has a smell in it.
