A wonderful place to stay...
Liked: fabulous place to stay. a little walk to ponte vecchio, but tram 2 minutes into station. food, beds and our hosts fantastic. Cristina and Marco sooo helpful. Breakfast excellent. Definitely going back. couldn't recommend enough

Good stay if location is...
Liked: Room was clean and spacious. Good breakfast. Bus stop short walk from property.
Disliked: Parking is on the street and difficult to find at night. Location is just okay.

The hotel as if from...
Liked: This hotel surprised us with its atmosphere. We felt like we were transferred to the Middle Ages. It’s so old-aged and at the same time quite modern. The room was very comfortable and pleasant to live. Nice bathroom. The hosts were both very responsive and helpful. It was great to have opportunity to buy parking ticket from them.The hotel is located in a beautiful place, close to the river Arno. And in a walk’s distance from the old city centre.The breakfast was very tasty and nutritious. We definitely would like to stay here for longer. My recommendations for this nice hotel.

Had a lovely stay and...
Liked: Loved the quietness of our stay . The location is perfect . Our room was lovely and spacious. Bed comfortable .
Disliked: Would have liked a toaster at breakfast. Some coffee sachets would have been nice in our room too or coffee machine .

Was an okay experience.
Liked: We always returned to a clean room and made the bed, the bathroom was clean and the room had great artwork, felt we had a piece of Florence with us when we slept. The room is spacious and desk for me to use daily for computer activities. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: Our bathroom door did not close fully. The safe to keep our valuables did not work, difficult to use. One particular staff was very straight with us but seemed to be nice to others. Tell us things we should've done, but were never instructed to in the beginning. The breakfast was the plain and same daily.
