Very comfortable

Liked: Really comfortable bed and room facilities. No milk in the fridge but once I let reception know they were quick to bring it.
Disliked: Wasn't given very good instructions to my room so wondered around a bit with my suitcase trying to find it.

Liked: Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Room and lounge were lovely. Excellent sandwich meal in lounge and very good breakfast
Disliked: The shower only had a drench option ( it would be good to have a hand- held alternative); also, I do not feel the payment account should be held open for a month ( as staff explained).
