Liked: Location
Disliked: Shower basin was dirty. Small flying drain bugs in bathroom. We were given a towel with a stain on it. When I went to the front desk in the morning to ask for a replacement towel I was told to find one of the cleaning people. After a good amount of time trying to find a cleaning person I went back to the office. She then left to find me one. Came back empty handed and said they would be bringing one to our room. Then we received one but had to turn in our current towels to receive a new one. Just a lengthy process when it could have been quickly resolved by giving me one of the ones that were in plain sight in the office in a clean laundry bag or just finding me one without having me hunt down someone.

Liked: If you like to have night life, this place is amazing as it is right next to a busy bar and more restaurants, ice cream shops and bars are also easily accessible. The property is also right at a busy beach.
Disliked: We woke up several times at night because of car horns and loud people. Also, the door key is mainly through an app although they gave us one physical card to open the door. The problem with that is one night we got back to our room we got in but when we left for 30 minutes or so and returned the app didn't work! The physical card had stopped working earlier that day too! We were lucky that our teenagers were in the room to open the door for us. There's no one in the office at night but a phone number to call to address any issues, which we didn't use so I can't talk about it.The room key working through an app and nobody in the office at night was a constant source of anxiety.

Great location, direct ocean front...

Disliked: This is a perfect place to stay, units are large and recently updated. It is a prime location beachfront near restaurants and bars . It is surprisingly quiet inside units considering how near it is to the action. Staff is very friendly and attentive to any needs . Will definitely stay at Diane’s again.
