Liked: from the start an amazing experince. the staff were amazing and after a long drive for our sons 3rd birthday we knew we made the right decision. special mentions to declan , arthur and of course the fabulous Phoebe. she really made our stay welcome and nothing was too much trouble. our son is autistic and they accomadated us with a an area for us so that we could enjoy our stay and he could enjoy his little time. nothing was too much trouble. we will be back

Good hotel, pricey food but...

Liked: The area, staff were friendly and beautiful scenery.
Disliked: Hair dryer didn't work, bathroom flooded when shower was on, over towards the toilet bowl, design needs looked at again

What’s not to love….

Liked: Fab lobby, lovely staff, nice ambience! We had 2 rooms booked but hadto cancel one as one of our party had bereavement…the hotel were extremely understanding and waived penalties and did not charge cancellation. The triple room be subsequently booked was a family room which is amazing!!! Huge room, very comfortable and ideal for family of 5/6 easily! Handsoap is also worth remarking in (I never pass heed of these things normally!!)!
Disliked: Perfect gif attending a nearby wedding but gif a family wknd if you wanted to leave the hotel it’s just a wee bit out from the town. But what they mildly lack in location is more than made up for with everything else the hotel has to offer…
