Liked: The property was dark and unwelcoming.
Disliked: The ground floor room was dark, the curtains were dusty and marked. The shower was mouldy.The only hanging space was a under stairs cupboard which had 4 foot deep of hanging space and was cobwebby and dank.The ceiling had water marks from previous leaks.The entrance door lock stuck and we had to get the chap on reception twice to release it so we could lock the room.Externally there were unkept binsand gardening equipment left strewn around.

Liked: Friendly staff and the beds were comfortable enough, I gave the man on duty a list of what I found wrong and emailed the hotel. Stock answer to say they appreciated the feedback, with no apology. Corridors looked clean enough.
Disliked: First room smelt damp and lock kept getting stuck, second room window didn't close, sink cracked, toilet flusher not connected properly. Cleanliness not good, Mould all round the shower, hair left in shower plug, toothpaste on sink, dirty light switches , blood stain on bed throw
