Very good

Liked: The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotels location was very convenient. The room was pretty large, modern and clean.
Disliked: The sound insulation wasn't very good, even small noise from the street was heard as loud as the window were open.

Nice place to stay but...

Liked: The staff was very kind and attentive. The location is about a 10-15 minute walk from the Termini train station, and the Republica metro station is even closer. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. I felt comfortable walking alone in the area around the hotel.
Disliked: I booked a Superior Double room and didn't like the layout of the room. The headboard to the bed was a cabinet that doubled as the closet and nightstand. On each side of the cabinet was a closet area to hang things, but the entry was at most 24" wide. Beneath them were 3 small shelves that were to serve as a dresser. My stay was only 2 nights so I didn't make a fuss and could make do. Earlier in my Rome stay I was at the Dharma Style hotel (one block away) also in a Superior Room and that layout was more what I expected.

Great location for a short...

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms and a great location.

Superb

Liked: Very friendly staff, showed you main attractions and where to go, recommended restaurants and gave walking times, comfy bed and lovely spacious room. Stayed for my boyfriend’s birthday and added the romantic room service breakfast which was amazing and made the stay more special.
Disliked: Only thing I would say is it can be quite noisy on the street and with cars beeping- but not the hotel’s fault.
