great location, helpfull staff

Exceptional

A lovely boutique hotel with...

Liked: The room was spacious and very clean. We only had breakfast once, but the breakfast was lovely and a wide selection of foods to eat. The location of the hotel was perfect. Only a 10/15 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain, amongst other attractions, most things were within walking distance of the hotel. The Roma Termini train station is also a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and so easy to get a train to/from the airport if needed.The staff were extremely helpful and very happy to help. The check in team gave us a detailed map of Rome and when and where is best to go and at what times of the day. They advised us on public transport closures and booked us a taxi back to the airport when we left. The hotel also keep hold of your luggage if you need them to, which is a nice bonus as not all hotels do that!

First Visit to Rome

Liked: The decor; modern, and I appreciated that more than I thought I would. And the staff. They were beyond nice and very helpful
Disliked: Nothing specific against the hotel. Metro wasn't working so we did way more walking to any of the sites.

Great place to stay for...

Liked: The room was incredible. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us book taxi's, which took 2-4 minutes to arrive once a staff member called the taxi company. It was within a good walking distance from a lot of tourist sites which was great. Plenty of shops near by which made it even better from a location standpoint.
Disliked: The doorways seemed small. There is nothing they could do about it since it's an old building. Nothing wrong with the property. I think I just wanted expecting to have to walk through a few doors sideways.

Beautiful hotel

Liked: The hotel was beautiful in such a great location. Within walking distance of everything except the Vatican. The staff were so helpful booking our transfers and on line tours.
Disliked: We liked everything about this hotel.
