Liked: The staff were friendly and the unit was clean
Disliked: I asked if I booked the spa bath unit and was told yes however I had not. I would have gone elsewhere as I specifically wanted a spa bath . It feels like it's used for longterm tenants/homeless and feels unsafe. Was not offered any refund for the spa mixup or for the unsettled night with a bus outside my unit and a police car at 10 or 11 at night. The bed is old and feels like the springs are gone, generally tired and felt lived in. Not worth $200

Disliked: Metal chairs with no cushion were cold to sit on.No soft chair or sofa.

Easy and available at short...

Liked: I came to Rotorua for an event that ran late. The lady at reception at the hotel called me about check in - after check in had closed for the day - to let me know to come right away to get my key. I appreciated that.
Disliked: The TV did not work. It turned on and the words that come up to let you know what channel you are on came on but there was no picture behind it of the show that should have been on. It was just a blank black screen. We let the front desk know in the morning (because we wanted to watch the All Blacks game) but the staff member couldn't get it working. We were offered another room with a working tv but since we were running late about to check out, we left it.
