Lovely hotel; great value; pleasant staff and very helpful; close to all areas of interest.

Liked: Great service from staff - quick check in.
Disliked: Very thin walls in rooms - can hear everything next door.

Can't praise the staff enough. We arrived and were running late to get to an appointment and they couldn't have been more helpful. The staff at breakfast were also very pleasant and helpful.

Disliked: Decor a little bit tired but in the process of upgrading.

Disliked: Not very wheelchair accessible. Very little room in the room to maneuverer the chair around. Only one small square area. No good entrance into the hotel for a wheelchair to enter the hotel= just a very steep ramp in the back of the hotel. Many uneven floors throughout the hotel.

Liked: The hotel was well located and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. Would use the hotel again

A great gem in the...

Liked: The location is great for walking to the center or staying out in the west end. If you are visiting nephews or children in Glasgow Uni, it' s a great location. There are a lot of cafes, restaurant to choose from. For breakfast Finieston Fez, or the Grumpy barista.. All very good. There are a lot of eateries and bars around, so great for night life. The parks close at 4pm.
Disliked: There was a slow drip in the Bathroom, coming from the ceiling. The views were not amazing, as we were looking at bins. It's a shame that they are not hosted in a small encloser, as it looks really bad... The room was on a small size, but the bed was big enough for a 6foot 1 man.
