Bad experience

Liked: Nothing! I have never seen this before in a hotel: there were no towels for my family. It's incredible that we had to dry our bodies with a shirt. They didn't promise to do it the next day, but they didn't deliver. I'll never go back there again.

Disliked: No hot water, room didn't get made up, electrical outlets on wall didn't work, I arrive 1 hour early and they wanted a $25.00 early checking fee,gap under front door.

Liked: The poor girl trying to check everyone in at once was completely overwhelmed, but kept a positive attitude and Was pleasant.
Disliked: It was run down, dirty, and smelled like mold. There were bugs in our room. There was supposed to be a continental breakfast, but every time we went to see if it had started they just kept saying “we’re bringing it out in 5 minutes”, but never brought out more than a handful of muffins that people were lined up for.

Disliked: That so called breakfast is Grab and go in other words if you don’t wake up at 6:30 am at 7 o’clock the breakfast if gone and you will be without food. The food is coffee and muffins nothing else. The room smell bad and have bugs.
