Disliked: Room was dirty and extremely noisy by highway. No Working TV , toilet paper,Previous customers items.Out of the two nights we only stayed one night, didn’t sleep a wink.

Liked: It was ok, had a few ppl walking around and looking suspect.
Disliked: The afternoon front desk lady was kinda dry & rude. The phones didn’t work. Had tiny bugs on the counter top when the lights were low and off.

Disliked: The hotel is located in a neighborhood that seems very sketchy. When I arrived and checked in, I was told simply that my room was in the building directly behind the lobby. I drove around to find my room, however, the directional signage was not visible from my vehicle, and so I had a difficult time navigating. I got out and parked at what I thought was the stairway that would lead to my room. There were men hanging out on the balcony, which made me very uncomfortable as a woman traveling alone. There were lights up and down the hall, but none of them were working, so I had to walk in the dark quite some distance only to realize that I was on the wrong side of the building. I returned to my vehicle and drove around the second time, but still could not find my room at which point I went to the front desk to seek assistance. the front desk clerk, Gabriella, was very friendly and accommodating, and escorted me to my room, assisting me with my luggage. I have no complaints about her whatsoever, and in fact, I commend her for her kindness and service.Once I got into my room, I discovered a number of issues. It was very damp, and there was mildew growing under the sink and in the tub. The tub itself was filthy. It was so humid in there that when I awakened this morning, my clothes were actually wet .I intended to go out for dinner once I got settled in my room and unpacked, however, because of the lighting and the men who were waiting in the hallway, I did not feel safe leaving and so did not have anything to eat for dinner.One of the curtain panels in the room was a blackout shade however, the other was not and so I could see through it when my lights were off. This means that when my lights were on, and it was dark outside, people could see into my room. I had to change in the bathroom Because of it, however, there’s no rack or hook in there to hang clothing or towels, so I had to put my things on the toilet, which I found disgusting.
