WORST EVER

Liked: Nothing. This motel had rude staff, lied to me at checking, was obnoxious when I complained, lied to Booking.com. This motel should be delisted from Booking.com or I will never use Booking.com again.
Disliked: How about telling people BEFORE checking in that the Internet was down and wouldn't be available. Then, when I discovered internet was down they refused to let me cancel and then refused to speak with Booking.com about the issue. They then billed me for 2 days WHEN I DIDN'T STAY THERE. Booking.com was not able to do ANYTHING. This Motel is the worst and I highly suggest everyone stay away!

Bad

Liked: I like the price and the location.
Disliked: There is no signal on tv. The water takes 20 min to get warm. They don't let you take the breakfast to the room, and they didn't let you pay extra for late check out after they offer on the website. And the ceiling had mold.

Would not stay here again.

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom was disgusting. Fixtures were rusty and moldy. Also, the set up of the shower is annoying. There's a glass wall where the faucet is, so you have to get all the way in just to turn the water on. TV was staticky. The breakfast was not good. Room also smelled of mold/mildew. It's unfortunate that the Wyndham name no longer seems to mean anything. This was clearly an old motel given nothing more than a fresh coat of paint and new beds.

Disliked: the bathroom. you have to turn the shower on while being inside the tub so that was super uncomfortable.

Disliked: Floor was not clean in our room. No milk at breakfast one day.

Liked: I love the location of the property. It is close to theme parks and entertainment. The front desk lady was very nice and polite. Check in was smooth and quick.
Disliked: What I didn’t like about the room was that the floor was dirty. Right after I take a shower my foot gets dirty and I will have to wash my feet before I go to bed or before I leave. The shower and shower head had soap scum and the sink also had build up on the drain. I recommend better cleaning in rooms but other than that everything went well.
