Liked: Confusión With the adress but all good

Not as good as previous...

Liked: I have stayed here many times and it has always been a pleasant stay, this time I got a bad room and the experience was disappointing. I hope this is a one-time thing and not a sign of the place changing for the worse. I will definitely come back and give it another shot.
Disliked: Wasn't as clean and well maintained like on previous stays here. I hope it was just an anomaly.

Disliked: Room had lots of damage, took video and then had to talk to front desk because there was no remote or wash cloths. He was not very helpful about getting us a TV remote, he had first stated there was nothing he could do about it. Then another lady came in to complain about her TV in the remote didn’t work and she gave him the remote for the TV then after she left. I talked to him about the damages in the room. He told me not to worry about it. The deposit was only for if I smoke in the room and I said I don’t smoke, he replied well then you have nothing to worry about. They haven’t refunded my money. They initially refunded it and then reversed for the charges to come out. As I was checking in, he also modified my booking and change the price. That gentleman at night. 11/14 needs to be reviewed. I am a Wyndham hotel member in the treatment and the lack of returning my hundred dollars security deposit is unacceptable. I have the video with the date and time of the damages when we enter the room and another video for when we left to show that we have not created any damages. we’re traveling for Softball and merely was there to shower and sleep before getting back on the road. Avoid this hotel if you want to be out of $100 for no reason.
