In spite of the low reviews I chose to stay at this Days Inn. Older, outdated and in need of restoration but it was near the conference and much less expensive. My wife and I appreciated very much our stay in Orlando and enjoyed our experience at Days Inn Orlando Near Millenia Mall. Thank you staff.

Liked: Housekeeping did a great job of keeping the room clean. The bed was good and sheets were clean and straightened up each day. The breakfast that was provided was very good. All of the personnel were courteous and responded to our needs.
Disliked: We stayed 3 nights. There was a mix up in the housekeeping department and towels did not get washed and returned to the rooms. There was one lady who remembered our asking about the towels and had promised we would get towels. She kept her promise and at 5:00AM she knocked on our door and delivered our promised, clean, neatly folded towels.

Hotel staff were very professional took very well care of us. The only issue was there were bed bugs.

Disliked: The TV was not a smart TV, I did not feel safe with the rooms being exterior to the hotel. There was a lot of noise from the highway. The elevator was scary to ride on.

Disliked: The not returning of my safety deposit after 1 night of barely sleeping. Even when they said they would. Awful experience.
