Poor

Disliked: The floor in the room was dirty, there was something missing in the refrigerator. Every day they charge +100, which they do not return. This hotel is for dark-skinned people. The reception is very rude. There is racism. I will not return.

Disliked: Was charged an extra incidental fee that was not mentioned in email and the room could’ve been cleaner looked like it wasn’t swept in a while with accumulating dust in corners and old candy, etc.
