Liked: Staff were nice restaurant was good
Disliked: Beds uncomfortable, I was charged $60 miscellaneous for drinking the bad coffee provided in the room.

Disliked: No hot water for a shower in the morning. I let it run for about 10 minutes waiting for it to heat up. For the cost of a 1 night stay, it would have been nice to take a shower.

Disliked: Booked a high floor with city view room. There was not a city view. Sadly my view was a large brown building. Bathroom was outdated with visible mildew. We had to call maintenance to fix our refrigerator as well.

Disappointing

Liked: The price was absolutely outrageous for the accommodations. Parking was insanely expensive as well. This hotel and parking cost more than staying at a luxurious hotel downtown Chicago. The bell men were excellent, but I would say nothing else was excellent

Disliked: No reason to have a tub in guest room. Just put in a walk-in shower.
