Disliked: In friendly staff, problems with internet and heating. Bathroom was gross.

Disappointing

Liked: The price was absolutely outrageous for the accommodations. Parking was insanely expensive as well. This hotel and parking cost more than staying at a luxurious hotel downtown Chicago. The bell men were excellent, but I would say nothing else was excellent

Liked: Easy in and easy out. Staff was fantastic
Disliked: No reason to have a tub in guest room. Just put in a walk-in shower.

Liked: The overall property is very nice. Clean, convenient location, beautiful view.
Disliked: The parking is $30-$40 a night. There’s only 1 staff member at the front desk, no room service, if you need anything you have to get it yourself, towels, etc.

Liked: I liked that doll was Like in the middle of Detroit right by the Detroit River.. My room could see everything I love the Marriott Renaissance Center.
