Liked: Well we were placed in a suite that was not what we were hoping for. No beach views and very dirty room in general. The ladies at the front desk were quick to accommodate our hopes and needs. The beach view room we got we perfect.
Disliked: Had to switch rooms. But this was not a bad process at all. The ladies at the front made it all quick and easy.
