Liked: Nice, clean, friendly atmosphere.
Disliked: Steps from the entrance to the elevator are not comfortable for those who have heavy luggage.

Liked: We recently stayed at the Plattenhof with our 7 month old son. The hotel was cute and quirky with lovely staff members who made us feel very welcome. They provided a cot free of charge and there was a high chair available for us to use in the restaurant. Breakfast was good and there was a range of options and coffee was available to make yourself or order from the team. There were also lots of baby appropriate foods available at breakfast. The hotel provided a list of activities to do and sights to see which was great and really helpful. The location was great and walking distance to the city center and there was also a tram stop just down the road which also went straight to the city.
Disliked: The restaurant charges for tap water which we weren’t used to and didn’t realise until checking out.
