Liked: It's absolutely amazing location, everything is so close by,many restaurants,5 min to the lake and other attractions. Hotel is clean and facilities,staff are amazing. If I am to visit Geneva again,I will definitely stay at the same hotel

Liked: location and the decoration is excellent. Everything worked, very quiet hotel
Disliked: We stayed for three nights, but we ran out of shampoo, and they did not provide us with more liquid until we request it.

Liked: The breakfast was tasty. The location was about 10 minutes walk to the centre.

Liked: The staff were lovely and the bed was comfy but the room was dirty. There was hair in the bathroom in various places when I arrived, the bedside tables had some sort of white powder on them, the door handle for the bathroom was falling off, some of the lights were not working and the bed sheets had quite a few stains on them.
