Liked: I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the excellent service provided by your front desk staff during my recent stay at your hotel. Upon arrival, they were very polite and helpful in assisting with room changes and ensuring everything was in order. Thank you for having such a dedicated team. I truly appreciate their efforts.
Disliked: so sorry that on the other hand would like to express my disappointment ,despite spending a week at your hotel when I attempted to order a taxi to the airport, I was directed to the concierge desk. Unfortunately, the lady at the desk was very unhelpful and refused to assist me. I was eventually given a QR code by another staff member to order a taxi myself, but this did not work. I find it unacceptable that no one at the hotel was willing to pick up the phone and order a taxi for me, especially given the level of service expected from a hotel of your caliber.Drinks at the bar were served in plastic cups. In this day and age, I believe it is reasonable to expect that wine and other beverages be served in proper glasses.I hope you will address these issues to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Liked: Big spacious room with separate lounge and kitchen. Nice and quiet being off the strip, but only a 5min walk to MGM Grand.
Disliked: Just the hard sell to attend a timeshare meeting when you first check-in. Easy enough to say no though.

Liked: This place is definitely worth the price. Very spacious and clean room with attached kitchen facility. Felt like being at home.
Disliked: The front desk staff may encourage you to book tours in exchange for freebies—it’s best to kindly decline.

Liked: Large and very clean apartment with high quality appliances. Pool, jacuzzi and gym available all day. Incredibly kind, helpful and professional staff. Very good location.
Disliked: Loud noises. You could hear every step from people in rooms above/below. Also the noises from the hallway were very loud, especially the carts rolled by the cleaning staff.
