Amazing place

Liked: Carla and Jose are great! They helped us with everything we needed. Great location and staff, very confortable and beautiful hotel. Only one point of improvement: too much perfum can be a bit uncomfortable.

Liked: Breakfast was perfect, plenty of choice & addition of cooked to order options.
Disliked: A kettle in the room to make tea would have been appreciated

Perfect in every way

Liked: I can't fault this hotel. The location is perfection, it looks and smells beautiful, breakfast was fresh and filling, and the staff were lovely.

Enjoyable

Liked: Jose was very helpful - my husband was quite unwell and Jose insisted I take him a large mug of orange juice which was so very kind - he also came to sort a few niggling things in the room immediately.
Disliked: Tv didn’t work and heating controls were too complicated - that seems to be same with a lot of hotels - however there had been a massive amount of rain which had crippled the internet in the whole area for our entire stay.

Fantastic

Liked: The atmosphere and the friendly staff. We feel like so important as all threats you with respect.
Disliked: I have asked for double bed but we had 2 singles beds. There was a big gap between the mattress and the bed base. So we had to sleep separately from each other.Also the light in the toilet and by the corredor mirror is not bright or is not enough for the ladies to makeup.
