Liked: The room was clean
Disliked: We couldn't lock the room door (maybe we didn't known the way to lock it, but nobody told us either) . We also had no signal on our mobile phones, we couldn't communicate with anyone by phone or internet, we had to go outside the hotel to get signal. They had free wifi but it was slow.

Liked: The hotel family room was absolutely beautiful.
Disliked: It said on the booking.com that the hotel is 14mins walk from the airport, which it isn't. There was no transport to the hotel when we arrived. We took a bus and walk alongside the dark road for 30mins. When we where in the hotel, they organised a transport to the Stansted airport for £18/2 people

Liked: It looks like it used to be a posh place a long time ago.
Disliked: It was hard to get hold of anyone - always empty reception;One of two rooms smelled horribly, and the employee just told me to open the window. Didn't help.
