Disliked: That I parked the car in their car park at night and I was fined. It was late and dark, I was very tired , about to take an early flight. And I wasn't told about the policy of their carpark. You think if you are a guest you should be allowed to park in their carpark. After all I emailed them , and they didn't care to answer

Location good and spacious room

Liked: It’s very close to Stansted airport, about a 5 minute drive. The room was very spacious, as well as the bathroom. Very speedy and trouble free checking in. There is a shuttle although at an expense. (£15)

Exceptional

Liked: We found it really clean and the staff were really helpful and friendly, especially Salah who answered all our questions, helped us book a transfer, helped us with parking whilst we were away, the driver that took us to the airport was patient as we were running late, and the cleaner caught us before we left as we had left something in the room, the food was lovely, I have already recommended the hotel to others. Thank you for making our stay pleasant.
