Liked: The staff was very polite and accommodating. They were also very helpful with directions getting around. Downtown Dublin is a pretty easy place to navigate, but all the directions the hotel staff gave were direct and took me right where I was going.In addition, the hotel room and my bathroom were impeccably clean. I would definitely stay there again. The room was cleaned every day, and the toiletries were well chosen. I really liked the body wash!
Disliked: I think coming up with a key card, or a lock with a code to get you in the front door would be a nice upgrade. There was always someone to open the door for you, but I think one of those options would be better.The rooms are on the smaller side, but I don't think there is anything to do about that. It was still a comfortable stay.
