Disliked: Room - shower not working- only 1 towel for 2 people - 3 pillows not 4 - had balcony but locked due to problems. Dining room no heating for 2 nights as was reception area (receptionist had to have own fan heater). Other guests having afternoon tea with heavy coats on.

Disliked: The sofa bed was like a brick.The room was freezing Eventually the heating came on 2hrs after we got there.But then cut off again in the night.Very little sleep.In the pool windows there was about 200 or more flies.No welcome bookBins out back were you take dog bag covered in broken glass.Breakfast was cold.Room very out dated and stains all over ceiling Basic TV not smart Very old looking bath mats It's a shame really as I've visited quite a few times and it's never looked this bad /dirty
