Disliked: Room was old and tired. Decor is out dated. Mould found throughout the bathroom. Hairs in the bath.

Liked: Rooms were noisy with road and adjacent rooms. There was a wedding on so that was noisy til midnight. Unfortunately room next door decided to have a party til 3am blasting music. Room was dated with dirty marks on the walls. Bed was comfy. Staff at breakfast and pool were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately bar staff not so much

Very pleasant, good value stay....

Liked: Super breakfast, excellent spa facilities, very spacious and well equipped bedroom. Very pleasant smiley staff.
Disliked: Shower not inside the bath/Damp showing through the walls in bedroomWe could not open the window or window door for fresh air.

Good hotel with attentive staff...

Liked: Our double room was very clean, with a comfortable bed. However the decor was tired and the bathroom shower needs replacing. ( although functions well) with rusty shower rail and old mould on the grouting The changing room for the pool desperately needs upgrading ( the first 4 lockers I tried were broken) The other issue is the parking. The sign said pay on arrival, which I did to the sum of £10 only to find a little typed sheet by the main entrance saying parking was free to guests. Non refundable!!! Very annoying However the staff were great and attentive and the evening restaurant was excellent Breakfast buffet could do with being hotter as luke warm It is has the potential to be an amazing hotel but needs updating in areas but was good value for money
