Liked: Service in the reception was very nice The bathroom was spotlessLocation was good, not directly into town but close enough
Disliked: Single beds instead of one twin bed (and one cover in each bed too) The bed was not overly comfy (and pillows)Old styleThere was a door linking our room with the neighbouring room which was unlocked. We could hear the person snoring next to us.

Disliked: Our friend was robbed in this hotel, and the hotel menagment didnt do anything about that. Full ignorance. Unbelievable that in the 4* hotel someone walk in your room (as we find out later, the door lock didnt work properly) and steal credit card and the money (as we later heard from the staff, it is not the first time that similar things happen there).So, full atention if you reserve room in this hotel. Take money with you, but if it something similar occurs to you, dont expect anything from the staff and the menagment, not even - we are sorry, not to mention - we will refund ....You are on your own.

Liked: The reception staff were great - friendly and professional. Room was clean with a very pretty view on the river and easy access to public transportation. Quiet throughout the night, and the breakfast was worth it.
