Liked: The location was excellent, right by the Opera building. The staff was always happy to help. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was very close to metro station.
Disliked: Overall it was a very good stay, however for the price that you pay you expect to have at least slippers in the room and toiletries (other than shampoo, body wash/lotion that were provided).

Great Experience. Will definitely repeat...

Disliked: The pillows are so soft and thin. If replaced with harder ones, that will be great.

Very nice stay in Living...

Liked: The location was perfect. Almost all the Vienna attractions are 10 to 20 minutes walk.The apartment was spacious and clean and the staff very helpful.
Disliked: The kitchen is very small with minimal équipement. No coffee machine and oven and no slippers (could be nice to have some in winter).

Liked: The location was great with restaurants, sights and transport close by. Our room was spacious and very quiet.
Disliked: The pillows were too soft, and the breakfast was expensive.

Central location with a clean...

Liked: Very kind and accomodating reception staff, who were happy to provide recommendations for restaurants or sight seeing. The room was massive, with a sitting area to lounge and watch TV and a dining space with a bar. Bathroom was nice and large with pleanty of space. Close to metro from central station and to access other sights in Vienna. Pleanty of walkable sights and eateries close by.
Disliked: Breakfast was ordinary, when we paid for it one morning - not too many options for the pricing, was better to get out to the cafes or supermarket if not included.
