Fantastic Hotel and People

Liked: The hotel was of great quality. The room was great for the family, the staff were amazing and overall clean. I highly recommend this hotel that is under the control of the management, first class
Disliked: Location of hotel is in the quiet area and this should be taken into consideration for those who want to be in the busy city centre

Disliked: When I book with a pet and I am quoted a price I do not expect a 15 minute discussion on checkout that there is an extra charge!Inform me BEFORE I book!!

Exceptional

Liked: Nice breakfast. Would appreciate it if it had changed from day to day. Very big room, very clean, nice wc. Everything was more than ok. Just 3 minutes from the Metro.

Liked: Amazing bed and pillows.Bathroom was lovely (heated floor was a nice touch).Good sized room.Staff were friendly and helpful.Nice breakfast.
Disliked: Discarded rubbish found at side of bed.No English channels on TV.Air con didn't seem to work.

Nice hotel in quiet but...

Liked: The location was good for our trip. It is a very quiet area, 30 min walking to the central part of Vienna. Breakfast was perfect. The room was big enough. The hotel staff was beyond expectation, speaking perfect English. I do recommend this hotel for a stay in Vienna.
Disliked: Nothing.
