Liked: Hotel was really nice. Bed was real comfy.
Disliked: They double charged me! I got there on the 15th and they said I was supposed to be there the day before. I didn't think I had messed up the dates but they found me a room anyways. I found the email that I received from both Bookings.com and from Marriott Denver West and it showed I was scheduled for the 15th thru 16th. I showed a guy at the deck, the morning I was checking out, the email and told him I saw two charges on my Credit Card from my bank. One was for the original booking of $166.15 and one for the new booking on the day I got there for $212.55. The clerk said there's nothing he can do about it, he said if I wanted to come back later to talk to his supervisor they could help me. I was heading out of town and couldn't wait. I'm not very happy with this whole situation. Hopefully you can help get this mixup taken care of. We got a real small room on top of it.

Disliked: I paid extra for breakfast to be included for all 4 guests and Marriott would only honor 2 people because I booked through booking..com. and the buffet was not worth the 22.00 charge for the others 2 guests. No hot tub. The phone in the room would not connect to the front desk so we had to call from our phones or walk down to request what we needed. The rooms were clean but very outdated.
