Disliked: Bar staff add 20% tip to your bill irrespective of your tip amount. This was also the case with colleagues I was travelling with. Not what you expect from a hotel of this standard. It is up to me to decide whether I tip or not.

Disliked: The price i book the room at is not the final price i paid...very frustrating to pay over £350 more than i was expecting.
