Liked: I booked through booking.com and I was charged from booking. Com and also charged by the hotel. I spoke to the hotel and was told I need to call booking.com to get resolution. I will not use this Website again to book anything

Great location with good people!

Liked: Easy check in on arrival. Front desk very courteous. The hotel bar very nice with outstanding service.
Disliked: Was surprised at the parking fee. Not mentioned on web site.

Never again

Disliked: Paying for parking at a suburban hotel is just an unabashed money grab. It's self-parking. I upgraded to include breakfast. No one ever said it was restricted to one basic breakfast entree.
