Amazing stay at the Hotel

Liked: The receptionist Ayesha was very accommodating and lovely. The room was perfect as well. Everything about it was lovely.
Disliked: Nothing.

Terrible.

Liked: Staff moved me room once I asked quite easily.
Disliked: Room was not clean.The remote controll was dusty and had not been cleaned in a very long time.The walls were peeling and worn out.The room had a bad odour.The bed sheets were dirty and had a stain looked like they hadn’t been changed.Waited at reception too be checked in and could hear staff in the back on a social call with not attention to front counter.The staff was on the phone the whole time even while checking me in. Could hear her whispering on the phone.

Liked: Very generous buffet breakfast
Disliked: Heating in room was either full on or fully off, with no intermediate setting available - but when on was “very” hot to the point that if touched by a child or elderly person may possibly have led to a burn

Nice hotel

Liked: Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast is well worth the money with plenty of choice and the same with the options for the evening meal, the curry is great! Nice and quiet area with lovely park area.
Disliked: The hotel is remote, you absolutely need to have a car to stay there.

Disliked: Pool and changing rooms are tired. Same holes in ceiling as last year.
