Liked: the online check in and location
Disliked: the shower was not attached to the wall over the bath so we had to hold it up oursleves to wash which was tedious. the room had a kitchen but not equiptment so we had to ask for that and it was nto0 in the best condition

Liked: Roy at the reception desk was very helpful and particularly wise and supportive when were attempting to book transport and worried regarding scamming.Very good range of food offered for breakfast. I love the exposed brick work in the decor. Staff very kindly turned music down when I found it too loud. The hallways and stairways were beautiful. The balcony was great.
Disliked: Our shower had no fixture to the wall so having a shower was very difficult. Our mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. The traffic noise was unfortunately very loud, so difficult for sleeping.

Overall, I would definitely recommend...

Liked: I recently stayed at this hotel and, overall, had a great experience. The location is excellent – right in the heart of the city, with easy access to public transport. The price was very reasonable for what was offered, and I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the rooms were. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I especially want to mention Roy, who went above and beyond to assist me and always greeted guests with a warm smile – truly a highlight of the service team!
Disliked: However, I do have one piece of feedback regarding the breakfast. When I arrived at the restaurant a little after 9 a.m., many of the breakfast items were already running low or gone. Some dishes, like the scrambled eggs, were not replenished, which was disappointing. It would be great if the hotel could ensure a full selection of breakfast options is available until the end of breakfast hours.

Liked: In our case there was an early reservation. Roy met us very nice person. We liked everything everything was good, nice girl Salta very nice helped us in everything. Thank you. We will come back to you more such friendly and attentive and caring people

Would recommend this hotel

Liked: The value for money was fantastic - this was a much cheaper place than other spots in Prague so even where we noticed room for improvement it was well worth what we paid. The staff were fantastic, room was very large, we left our luggage on our last day before flying out which was also convenient.
Disliked: Noise travels quite far in this hotel so we were lucky to have quiet neighbors but had a few instances where we could hear more than we'd like from other rooms. Aside from that, there was nothing wrong.

Best city hotel I've stayed...

Liked: The location was perfect, next to the metro and 15 min ish walk into the centre, great location. I came with two of my friends so the 3 of us all together and there was so much room- we thought we would have to share a bed but we had a bed each and there were 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed! we had the loft room and it was huge, really spacious, could have fit about 8 people in it ! Also brilliant value for money staying so close to the city, really good bars near by and a stone throw away from the museum! We were really happy with this place and there was a person on reception every time we walked past, they were all really helpful and attentive! We felt comfortable here, location was great, comfy beds and was all round perfect for a city stay hotel! Highly recommend staying here, I would stay here again in the future.
Disliked: Only nitpicking because I can't really fault the place but the only thing id say is more kitchen ware in the kitchen area, we only had one mug- we didn't cook whilst staying here and probably could have just asked for more mugs at reception but other than that I can't fault the place ! .thank you again
