Liked: The room was clean, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was very good. The hotel is in a good location.
Disliked: Our room was on the ground floor and faced the inner courtyard, we had no daylight at all.

Disliked: The staff seemed annoyed when we checked in; furthermore I was irritated why I needed to pay an extra charge (15€/night) for my 3 year old son for the cot, even though it was written in the booking that there is no extra charge for the children..which makes no sense to me..Furthermore I was charge another 1,5€ because I was using my credit card to pay the city tax…it’s not about the money..it’s rather about the way how extra charges are being weaved in as if they would be normal even though the booking was referring to something else..Besides that the sink in the shower was not working properly, so that after every shower the bathroom was „flooded“

Disliked: It seems that you had a very unpleasant experience staying at this hotel. The small room size, lack of amenities and a lobby, and poor cleanliness clearly had a negative impact on your stay. Considering the amount you paid, you definitely expected better quality services. It might be a good idea to share your experience on hotel review websites so that others are aware of these issues, and the hotel can also receive feedback and improve its services.

Wonderful stay great staff!

Liked: I really loved the location, and level of friendliness of the staff. Food was amazing and the room was immaculate.
Disliked: They asked to us not use jacuzzi at night or to loud cleaning cycle when done.. when you booked for a room that has jacuzzi.. but outside of that great!! The only thing is stairs so hard with suitcases.
