Not an enjoyable stay. Good...

Liked: Good location. The staff was very nice and accomodating
Disliked: We chose the place- clearly not a hotel, for just one night and the price ( cca 160 euro/night) didn't reflect on the quality of the facility ( maybe it was because of the timing- the week before Easter and the online photos fooled us...) Located in a building on a small alley right off via Nazionale but not very nice, the room was very dark, facing some back yards with little light, very basic, one doesn't feel very well inside. The bathroom was outdated in need of renovation. The reception girls were very nice - 10 for them. But the si called hotel not. Could ruin one's mood for holiday. Wouldn't come back.

Unsatisafctory room considering the facilties...

Liked: Staff were friendly and tried to help.
Disliked: Room was very spartan, with no desk and no bath towel until I asked and room was right next to the reception and was very noisy. The staff did get me another room but still noisy with flushing toilet in adjacent bathroom very loud. Key tag for main front door of building stopped functioning on the second day but fortunately it was while the reception was open so they quickly gave me a new one. However, it would have been a major issue out of hours. There was very noisy construction work outside on the second night for about 1 hour (not the hotel's fault but it added to the disappointing stay).

Liked: The bed was circle not regular bed as we booked and it was way too small our feet were out of the bed and we have normal height. The room was not soundproof at all and we could hear everything even the vacuum cleaner. Overpriced for what they offer. All you can see in photo thats all plus bathroom.

Liked: I’ve stayed in DEM hotel several times now. Always pristinely clean, very friendly and helpful staff, seamless check in and check out experience, and the location is so perfect.
Disliked: Sometimes the AC was a bit tricky to figure out, but everything else was perfect.
