Liked: The room was very nice and the location was excellent. Close to downtown shops and restaurants.

Highly recommended if you are...

Liked: The reception was friendly and helpful. They even gave us a free upgrade to a family suite! The suite was cozy and comfortable, just superb. And for food, absolutely astonishing. We had dinner and breakfast at the only restaurant in the hotel. Kids loved their kid's menu and I particularly enjoyed the local Kamloops Red. Just nothing to complain about. We will definitely come back again!
Disliked: Not that I didn't like but just better if this was offered, slippers in the suite.
