Liked: The choice was deliberate as we have stayed there before and knew what to expect by way of Service and Pleasantness.

Very relaxing , as well...

Liked: The room was bigger than we expected with a seating area and bath robes and slippers . General flow of the hotel and reception area was beautiful as were the grounds where we went for a walk
Disliked: Loved the late checkout and late breakfast but the English breakfast we had from the buffet was not hot, only warm, and the orange juice we had was not chilled but warm. Struggled to sleep properly as we also found the duvets warm in what was a warm room .

Liked: Location, modern, cleanliness, facilities.Only 2 EV chargers ? Ridiculously small number for such a large hotel.Music noise from a wedding on Saturday night you could hear in our bedroom & went on until late.

Easy, comfortable and relaxing

Liked: Hotel was very clean and staff were very polite, easy and quick check in the hotel/room was clean and tidy. Children can use the swimming pool and the food was lovely. Quiet and respected hotel.
