Liked: Was clean and quiet.
Disliked: Had problems with our toilet and they didn’t want to give us a different room even though it was a slow night, they didn’t knock some money off the price though upon checkout time.

Bad

Liked: The room was nice and clean.
Disliked: There was a conference going on at the hotel so the lobby and hallways were crowded and loud. Someone on staff tried to enter my room with a key and did not respond to me asking who they were through the door. I then saw them go in the room across the hall through the peep hole. I did not feel safe in my room and left 2 hours after checking in.

Liked: We had to make a last minute reservation because of a funeral we had to attend. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and did all they could in what was a very stressful period for us. I would highly recommend this hotel based on the quality and friendliness of the staff.
Disliked: Nothing
