Liked: Clean; pleasant staff; close to the venue and shopping.
Disliked: Bar and restaurant closed at 10.

Bad

Disliked: They cancelled our room and we didn’t find out about till we showed up and they bumped us to a Hilton hotel down the road that was a lot less nice because of an air-conditioner problem

Superb

Very clean modern hotel.

Liked: Very clean and modern with very helpful reception staff.
Disliked: Room service wasn’t consistent as we were left without coffee and towels after cleaning. It was a little tricky to find.

It was okay

Liked: Breakfast great, Bar staff excellent very friendly and great service, front desk staff very good, Night staff very helpful moved us to another room because our sink was blocked
Disliked: housekeeping poor - each day either towls or facecloth and hand towels not replaced, coffee cups not replaced, no hot water on day 2 and night of day 2 sink blocked
