Liked: The hotel was not open to the general public and I was not alerted. I have prepaid for 2 rooms and I hope that I will be repaid.
Disliked: The fact that the hotel closed and we were not advised.

Never went as before.

Liked: Nothing. Never went. Got a phone call 1 hour before arrival to tell me the place has close with immediate effect. Apparently, after enquiring later, it had been taken over by the Home Office to house asylum seekers.
Disliked: Didn’t see it

A great one night stop...

Liked: Perfect location to break up a long journey as it’s just off the m6.The entrance area was lovely and welcoming and as we were meeting someone,it was great that there was lots of seating area to relax in with large screen TV.The food was good and service prompt.The restaurant staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: I always object to payment for parking. You have a huge car park so why be so mean?Our room was adequate with a comfy king bed but it was small and the bathroom tiny!
