Stayed here many times previously....

Liked: Location parking reception staff helpful & friendly.
Disliked: Housekeeping left a lot to be desired.Arrived at 5.30pm hoover left in corridor outside our room reported still there at 7.30am the next morning.Thread bare towels, hole in bath mat.Bed not made properly as duvet hanging out of cover as fitted incorrectly.Bath & shower water Luke warm.

Christmas visit to old haunts.

Liked: Large room comfortable bed quiet. Excellent breakfast.
Disliked: Car park charge when the hotel is so remote there is no other way to get there.

Liked: I like the location, I like the rooms, and the overall vibe
Disliked: I felt sometimes the price spikes are to inconsistent with pricing

Liked: It was clean and the staff were friendly
Disliked: Overpriced, small room, malfunctioning thermostat made it like a sauna (had to request a fan), barely able to sleep, ground floor gents toilets smelt bad even from outside in the corridor. It felt as if the accommodation should have been a quarter of the price I paid. I even got stung for £34 extra during the booking process from the price originally quoted. The breakfast was okay, but I will never stay there again!
