Hotel was close to the Vogue Theatre. Friendly and helpful staff. Offered umbrellas as it was raining. Beds were very comfortable. Pillows are a big thing for me and I found the ones there good.

Disliked: Air freshener used in lobby. I have a sensitivity to scents and found this overpowering.

Liked: Great; clean room; very friendly, helpful staff.

Liked: The furniture was old, and I expected a 4 star hotel provide basic needs like tooth paste, variety of teas, or other similar stuffs.

Disliked: They added tourist fee when I just came for revision course in the same hotel.They also added a lot of fee aside regular tax.The fee I saw in booking.com almost doubled.This made planning difficult.

Liked: Located conveniently for transport to airport but also to explore the city and reach the river within 5 mins walk.
Disliked: Breakfast the options were too big for us. Small plates would have been a fantastic option. We did ask for toast and this wasn’t a problem but it wasn’t on the menu x

Liked: The location was great. Very convient to see the sights of Vancouver. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: The cost was more than we were quoted.
