Liked: The room was the best I have seen in a while. The room is very modern and clean and updated. The best part for me was the bathroom, it was so cute and very clean and modern. I loved the mirror and the lighting around the mirror - it was the best to get ready for the wedding I was attending. Also, another great aspect of this hotel was the little fridge in the room. I have never seen it stocked and so prepared. That was such a great idea!
Disliked: The heater in the room was a bit loud.

Liked: The front of house saff were excellent on our arrival lavisha who was on duty took In out bags early and got us checked in as early as possible. Ratugana who was also working there helped us and got our transfer to the airport when we were leaving
Disliked: nothing we didn't like

Liked: Breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff in the restaurant were attentive, e.g., need anyway else?, more coffee/tea?
Disliked: Wifi was not consistent.

Liked: The location is superb! No lies about that, I love the location. It is closed to almost everything.
Disliked: The first staff that I talked to wasn’t that welcoming. I didn’t like where the room was assigned to us, I was expecting a great view from what I saw on the booking site. The air-con is loud. The room isn’t that clean I can see the dust all over the place like it hasn’t been cleaned, also the bathroom. I celebrated my birthday here but I am not really satisfied, I didn't have time to complain to the staff because I don’t wanna stress myself.
