It’s a hotel. Like any...
Liked: Best aspect of the hotel is the location. Short walk to restaurants and ideal location for any events at the conference centre. Second, their main lounge in the lobby is very comfortable. Last, the hotel bar. Very social.
Disliked: Main concern was the bathroom. I’d rather sacrifice a foot or two of space in the bedroom to have more space in the bathroom. Was incredibly awkward trying to stand in front of the sink due to the layout of the toilet. Two people can not be in front of the sink at once.

Disliked: I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at the Delta Marriott Hotel.Upon check-in, we inspected the bedding in our room and were shocked to find one of the beds covered in numerous hairs, which appeared to be pubic. This was deeply unsettling, and we promptly called the front desk for assistance. After multiple attempts, we finally spoke with a manager (Clinton Davies) who informed us that no housekeeping was available and suggested we change the sheets ourselves. He ended the call abruptly without even a proper goodbye or any indication that the conversation was over.Shortly after, a housekeeper arrived and, upon inspection, was visibly shocked by the manager's suggestion. She uncovered not only the hairs but also bloodstains and a dirty pair of socks in the sheets. We brought this to the front desk's attention, armed with photos and the lint roller provided by the housekeeper as evidence.Unfortunately, the response from the manager was dismissive and confrontational. He refused to acknowledge the severity of the situation and failed to offer a genuine apology. His demeanor suggested that he did not believe us or considered us an inconvenience. While we were eventually moved to another room, the overall handling of the situation was unacceptable. It took two hours to resolve, causing us to miss our dinner reservations.Later that evening, we encountered the same manager in the lobby. His aggressive body language was intimidating, which is unacceptable behavior from someone in a managerial position and sets a poor example for staff.I hope you take this feedback seriously, as it reflects a significant lapse in your hotel’s service standards. We expected a much better experience from a reputable establishment like yours.
